Why OTP Login Is the Safest Way to Access Biji Baji
When you login to biji baji using your mobile number and a one-time password, the system is verifying that you physically have access to the SIM card registered to your account. Even if someone else somehow knew your username, they would still need your actual phone to get the OTP. Logging In From a Shared or Public Device
If you ever need to login to biji baji from a device that isn't your own — a shared family tablet, a friend's phone, a cyber cafe — always make sure to log out properly when you're done. Go to Account → Logout. Don't rely on simply closing the browser. Biji baji also allows you to log out of all active sessions from your account security settings, which you should do if you're ever unsure whether a previous session was properly closed.
What to Do If Your Registered Phone Number Changes
If you change your Pakistani mobile number — whether you've switched operators, lost your SIM, or your number was recycled — contact biji baji support immediately. Do not wait until you've already lost access to the old number and are locked out of your account. Updating a registered number while you still have access to the old one is a simple process. Recovering an account after losing access to the registered number is possible but takes longer and requires identity verification via CNIC.
Your Session, Your Responsibility
Once you login to biji baji, you are responsible for all activity that takes place in that session.
